By downloading or using Subscription Saver ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Subscription Saver is a personal tool to help you track subscriptions, trials, returns and warranties and to remind you of upcoming dates. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only and is not financial advice.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

If you create an account (for cloud backup), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Premium features are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account, and auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store under their policies.

5. Reminders are best-effort

Reminders and renewal calculations depend on the information you enter and on your device delivering scheduled notifications. They may be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control. You are responsible for your own cancellations, returns, and payments — we are not liable for any charges, missed deadlines, or losses arising from reliance on the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third parties including Apple, Google, our cloud provider (Supabase), the purchase platform (RevenueCat), and the OCR provider (OCR.space). Their terms and privacy practices also apply to those interactions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amounts exceeding what you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
